The "customer letter" from 1935

Emil Frey sets new standards with his automotive services. In a 1935 letter “To my honoured customers”, the car pioneer set out his company principles. In it, he promised “to sell only genuine quality goods at fair prices” as well as a “prompt and conscientious” service by his “expertly trained staff”. The “Customer Letter” is the constitution of the Emil Frey Group that is still valid today and is handed out to every new employee – so that they can act accordingly.
